I got one of the hoops this weekend. And apparently already feeling the pain. Didn't think I was feeling anything while I was doing it for a half hour yesterday, but today I am feeling it everywhere. Are you going to be anywhere else in the near future? And how much do these hoops weigh?
Thank you for purchasing a Kinesi-hoop. Sorry to hear that you are a bit sore. Kinesi-hoops are SO fun and easy that one can get carried away! Like any new exercise, it is recommend to slowly add time or intensity. 10 minutes to start would have been great, then the next day add a few minutes, etc.
Kinesi-hoops will most likely be at Roselle's Spring Family Fun Fest on May 16th. As of right now, we are not booked anywhere else. If you have ideas on where we should go, tell us!
The standard sized hoops that were sold at Fremd are roughly 3.5 pounds. Hoops much heavier than that can increase the risk of back injury and are not sold by Kinesi-hoops.
